We describe a tomographic Hartmann sensor with sensitivity of λ/1100 that can measure optical distortions in gravitational wave interferometers. Using an off-axis geometry we demonstrate reconstruction of on-axis optical distortions to a precision of λ/100. © 2006 Optical Society of America.-
