|Abstract:||A passenger on public transport usually wants to get from a specific origin to a specific destination, not to travel along a particular route. It is argued in this paper that for popular combinations of origin and destination (such as suburb to city centre), a timetable should be provided that includes all relevant routes, as many suburban residents are in walking distance of several.|
