Abstract: | Covalently cross-linked homodimeric Aβ peptides have been prepared by solid-phase peptide synthesis by exploiting ‘site–site interactions’, and exhibit substantially increased oligomerisation and fibrillisation properties compared with the corresponding monomers. |
